Seriously the best eyeliner I’ve ever used. Glides right over glitter so easy. And it does not dry out easily, I accidentally left the cap off overnight and she still works PERFECT!
Glides so smooth. Even over glitter on the eyes. Yes, this holds up to glitter! Easy to work with. Great for beginners, seasoned makeup users and in between. The best liquid liner I’ve ever used and I’ve been using makeup for over 20 years. 😊
